We are seeking immediate joiners who are ready to work from our office located at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai. Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms. Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues. Offer English chat support to customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO, specifically in non-voice processes such as email support or chat processing. Good communication skills in English (both oral & written). Basic knowledge about the telecom process is preferred. Proficiency in typing skills. Ability to draft professional emails. Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply).
