GDS Marketing is hiring for Non IT Recruiter About the Company GDS Marketing is hiring a motivated and energetic Non IT Recruiter to support high-volume delivery partner sourcing across India. The role will focus on connecting suitable candidates with delivery opportunities for leading platforms and coordinating their onboarding journey through effective communication and follow-up. Responsibilities Call prospective candidates and clearly explain available delivery partner opportunities. Source candidates through telephone outreach and WhatsApp campaigns. Screen interested applicants and verify basic personal and documentation details. Explain joining procedures, required documents, company information, and next steps. Follow up consistently with candidates until successful onboarding. Maintain accurate daily calling, sourcing, and recruitment records using spreadsheets or internal systems. Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding joining updates and candidate status. Respond to candidate questions in a professional and personable manner. Meet daily and weekly hiring targets while building a reliable candidate database. Requirements 1-5 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or a related area. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate-convincing skills. Basic spoken English and Hindi. Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to work the day shift. Ability to manage and follow up with multiple candidates each day. Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus. 12th pass or graduate candidates may apply. Willingness to work approximately 8-9 hours in a day shift and serve a 15-day notice period. Department: HR/Operations Work arrangement: Permanent remote opportunity across India Compensation: ₹2.40 LPA fixed annual package
