Roles and Responsibilities: Source and identify suitable candidates for non-technical job openings through relevant recruitment channels. Review candidate profiles and assess their alignment with available job opportunities. Conduct initial candidate interactions to understand qualifications, experience, and career interests. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records throughout the recruitment process. Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely progress on open positions. Support the preparation and communication of job-related information to prospective candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements. Assist with recruitment reporting, status tracking, and routine hiring documentation. Contribute to a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
