About the Company: Krishnas Digital Technologies & Soft Labs is seeking a dependable Network Helpdesk Engineer to support day-to-day technology operations in Hyderabad. Responsibilities: Monitor, log, and resolve network and helpdesk support requests through defined service processes. Provide first-level assistance for connectivity, access, hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. Diagnose incidents methodically, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team. Assist with routine network checks, configuration support, ticket updates, and follow-up with users until closure. Maintain accurate records of incidents, recurring issues, and troubleshooting actions while meeting expected response standards. Requirements: Up to 1 year of experience in networking helpdesk and technical support. Understanding of basic networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritize multiple tickets, follow support procedures, and work effectively from the Hyderabad office. Willingness to learn and improve technical skills in a fast-paced IT support environment. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a monthly salary of ₹20,000. Compensation may be reviewed based on performance and organizational policy.
