Responsibilities: Monitor systems and infrastructure and also ready to be in 24/7 rotational shifts. Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Escalate critical incidents to appropriate technical teams. Maintain detailed records of monitoring activities and incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve monitoring solutions. Participate in a 6-day work week schedule. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in a monitoring or IT operations role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with basics Networking, OS, Cloud and Database.
