About this role
TC Mantech Solutions is hiring for an MIS Executive! Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from multiple internal sources. Prepare recurring and ad hoc MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Analyse trends and performance indicators to highlight important findings for decision-making. Maintain reporting calendars, documentation, and organised records while ensuring confidentiality of business information. Collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes and automate repetitive activities where possible. Requirements Three years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data coordination, business operations, or a similar role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data cleaning. Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and comfort working with structured and unstructured data. Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities, meet reporting deadlines, and work independently from the Bangalore location.
