House Construst is hiring for MIS Executive! Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced Google Sheets for reporting and analysis Create and optimize formulas (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) Build dynamic dashboards using charts, pivot tables, and conditional formatting Automate workflows using Google Apps Script (preferred) Manage data accuracy, validation, and sheet protection Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams for data requirements Import/export data from Google Forms, Excel, and other systems Generate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Troubleshoot formula errors and improve performance of large datasets Requirements 0-1 years of experience in MIS reporting, data operations, administration, or a related role. Working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel, including organized data handling and basic reporting functions. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, follow-through, and time-management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Applicants should be able to work from the Bangalore office.
