About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser Associate to support our apparel buying function. You will work closely with senior merchandisers and vendors to assist with product selection, order management, and stock planning, ensuring the right products reach stores at the right time. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop seasonal collections based on fashion trends, sales data, and customer demand. Coordinate with fabric and garment vendors. Manage sampling, fit sessions, size sets, and pre-production approvals. Achieve target costing and margins through effective vendor negotiation and cost control. Track purchase orders and production timelines to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse. Support the Category Manager in sales analysis, repeat orders, and replenishment planning. Requirements: Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of garment production. Experience in vendor sourcing, costing, and production follow-ups. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising/ERP systems. Experience working with retail brands or garment manufacturing companies is preferred.
