Prepare essential documentation including quotations, costing sheets, purchase orders, and order confirmations. Monitor production progress diligently to ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards. Proactively follow up on the procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories. Coordinate product sampling, secure necessary approvals, and incorporate customer feedback effectively. Track order status comprehensively and resolve any production or delivery issues in a timely manner. Ensure all products consistently meet stringent customer specifications and quality benchmarks. Liaise effectively with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to facilitate timely dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate order records, generate insightful reports, and manage all merchandising documentation. Communicate critical order updates, potential risks, and any delays to both customers and internal management. Support efficient shipment planning and ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. Ensure full compliance with company policies and all customer-specific requirements throughout the order lifecycle.
