About the Role We’re looking for a Mentor Circle Program Champion to help build and manage our student-volunteer hosting program for HSI’s quarterly Mentor Circle events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, coordinating events, managing people, and making things happen. Duration: 6 Months | Renewable Training: 3 Months Training Stipend: ₹12,000/month for the next 3 months What You’ll DoPartner with college Training & Placement (T&P) cells and coordinate student volunteer programsRecruit, onboard, and train student volunteersManage volunteer roles and responsibilities throughout the programCoordinate live event operations including breakout rooms, timekeeping and feedbackMaintain event runbooks, documentation and volunteer recordsConduct handover briefings between student cohortsTrack student participation and support certificate issuanceShare post-event outcomes with the core teamPrepare a complete handover document before the internship ends What We’re Looking ForExperience in event coordination, volunteering or people managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood documentation and organizational skillsComfortable interacting with and coordinating college studentsBasic knowledge of Zoom/video-conferencing toolsBasic social media skillsResponsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership What Success Looks LikeBy the end of 6 months, you should be able to build and manage a trained student cohort that can host Mentor Circle events with minimal core-team support, maintain an updated event runbook, and successfully hand over the process to your successor.
