About the Company: CIEL HR Private Limited is hiring for a Medical Documentation Executive to support the Radiology Department. We are looking for recent graduates eager to start their career in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Review and verify patient diagnostic reports Compile X-ray, scan, and radiology reports accurately Prepare complete patient report files using specialized software (training provided) Coordinate with doctors for timely report delivery Maintain documentation and report records Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information Requirements: Any Graduate / Any Degree (Freshers Only) Good English communication skills Basic computer knowledge Documentation & data management Attention to detail Coordination & follow-up skills Professional telephone etiquette Complete training will be provided on the software and documentation process. Working 6 days a week, General Shift or Rotational Shift (as per business requirements).
