We are looking for a Media Project Management Intern – Events & Campaigns (6 Months) to join our dynamic media team and gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns, coordinating with clients, and supporting on-ground events. This role offers exposure to end-to-end project activities across media and events, including reporting, market research, audience outreach, and competitor tracking. It is an excellent opportunity for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment while working closely with senior project managers and client teams. 👉 Eligibility • Journalism fresh graduates preferred 📌 Roles & Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Project Management team on ongoing campaigns. • Create screenshot decks and maintain campaign reports. • Coordinate daily with client teams for IP campaigns, including sharing stall images and securing creative approvals (under senior PM guidance). • Provide on-site support to clients and internal teams during events, as required. • Assist project managers in handling complex campaigns. • Track competitor activities on a daily basis. • Participate in event/webinar dry runs and video shoots. • Conduct market research and build databases for audience acquisition. • Support audience outreach initiatives. 🎯 Candidate Skills & Strengths • Strong drive to perform and grow. • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset. • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn. • Excellent communication skills (spoken English & professional email etiquette). • Self-disciplined, inquisitive, and dependable team player. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
