About the Company Küche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. We are a dynamic company focused on ensuring product quality, smooth production processes, and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing. Responsibilities Quality Control (QC): Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products. Check dimensions, tolerances, fitment, finish, and overall product quality. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records. Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate corrective actions. Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues. Production: Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved. Coordinate with operators and production supervisors for smooth workflow. Understand manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, fabrication, assembly, and painting. Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions. Identify production bottlenecks and support process improvement. Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage. Maintain production-related records and reports. Design & R&D: Assist in developing and improving mechanical/product designs. Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models as required. Support preparation and modification of BOM/MBOM and engineering documentation. Understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T. Coordinate with Production and QC teams for design feasibility and implementation. Conduct trials and support new product development.
