Blue Tea India is hiring for Associate - Marketplace About the Company Blue Tea India is seeking a detail-oriented Associate - Marketplace to support the efficient management of its e-commerce operations. The role will contribute to accurate catalogue execution, dependable order workflows, timely reconciliations, and strong marketplace performance across digital selling platforms. Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms. Create, update, and optimise product catalogues, including descriptions, images, pricing, and product attributes. Keep inventory, stock availability, and marketplace information accurate and up to date. Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related operational issues, coordinating timely resolution. Track payment settlements, perform payment reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth fulfilment and day-to-day marketplace operations. Prepare and review performance metrics covering sales, returns, listing health, and operational accuracy. Requirements Any graduate qualification. 0-1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is suitable; relevant exposure to marketplace work is preferred. Understanding of catalogue management, seller-panel workflows, order processing, and inventory updates. Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, or comparable seller platforms and payment settlement reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday opportunity based in Noida Sector 125.
