Marketing Operations Internship at Nirvana Realty

Roles: Manage and coordinate lead distribution to the respective sales teams. Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to marketing. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Follow up with agencies and vendors on ongoing campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and requirements. Prepare and maintain marketing reports, trackers, and MIS . Monitor ongoing marketing activities and identify roadblocks, delays, or operational gaps . Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Assist with social media posting and content coordination as required. Monitor and support online reputation management , including tracking reviews, feedback, and brand mentions. Maintain accurate records, databases, and marketing-related documentation. Support the marketing team in other operational and coordination activities as required. Requirements: Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field . 0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply . Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel . Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs . Basic understanding of social media platforms . Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tasks simultaneously.
