G Cube Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Marketing Manager! Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, local, referral, and project-based channels. Develop campaigns and content that communicate the value of interior design and real estate offerings to prospective customers. Coordinate with sales, design, project, and external partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaign delivery. Track leads, campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements. Support market research, competitor tracking, promotional activities, events, and client outreach initiatives. Manage project-based marketing activities and coordinate incentive-linked initiatives with relevant stakeholders. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, customer acquisition, or a related role. Background or understanding of interior design or real estate is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects, work with targets, and interpret basic performance data. Proactive approach, commercial awareness, and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
