About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: Marketing Activities Assist with approved promotional campaigns and student engagement activities. Collect feedback from students regarding their interests and common questions. Suggest ideas for improving student outreach and engagement. Lead Generation Identify genuinely interested and relevant students. Maintain a record of interested students and their basic application status. Forward qualified/interested candidates to the assigned SkillOrbit coordinator for further assistance. Campus Promotion Promote SkillOrbit through appropriate college communities, student clubs, events, and peer networks. Coordinate with student representatives and relevant campus communities where applicable. Help increase awareness of SkillOrbit among the target student audience. Campus Outreach Promote SkillOrbit's internship, training, and skill-development programs among students. Identify relevant student communities, clubs, groups, and campus networks. Build awareness about available learning and internship opportunities. Student Engagement Communicate with interested students through WhatsApp, email, calls, and other approved communication channels. Understand students' interests, such as AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Web Development, etc. Share accurate information about program structure, eligibility, duration, fees, benefits, and registration process. WhatsApp & Community Management Create or assist with relevant student groups where permitted. Share approved SkillOrbit announcements, program information, registration updates, and learning opportunities. Keep group communication professional and relevant. Candidate Coordination Guide interested students through the basic registration/onboarding process. Coordinate with the SkillOrbit team regarding candidate queries and application status. Escalate questions related to fees, certificates, stipends, documentation, or official terms to the designated coordinator/HR team rather than
