Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms. Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support strategic initiatives. Contribute to brand awareness campaigns and marketing initiatives. Provide timely customer support and help address customer queries. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other business initiatives as required Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Good understanding of current market trends and industry dynamics. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools. Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and online engagement strategies. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
