The organization is seeking energetic professionals who can represent its programs across educational institutions in West Bengal and contribute to meaningful student engagement. Responsibilities: Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions across the assigned district. Build professional relationships with school authorities, teachers, students, and parents. Present education programs, explain their benefits, fee structures, and admission processes, and conduct seminars or counselling sessions. Generate enquiries through field marketing, follow up with prospective students and parents, and coordinate with counselling and admissions teams to support conversions. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and admission progress. Achieve monthly targets for school visits, lead generation, and admissions while identifying new institutional opportunities. Requirements: Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome. Minimum qualification of 10+2 or graduation in any discipline. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills. Comfort with regular field visits within the assigned district and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Bengali and English communication skills are preferred; Hindi is an added advantage. Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, MS Office, or Google Workspace is desirable.
