Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai - Work from office Job Description: This job is at Athena e-learn, a digital learning platform currently providing learning in Housing Finance, Credit Information and Behavioural Skills and working on B2B learning interventions. We also provide consultancy services to Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs and Banks in the mortgage finance space. We are looking for a "Marketing Executive" who will complement the growth journey of this initiative. Responsibilties of the Candidate: Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company Should be able to brainstorm & develop ideas on how to sell courses, create Creative marketing campaigns and maintaining social media accounts Marketing generalist - Manages email marketing campaigns, plans content, crafts product announcements for all social media platforms Focus on inbound marketing & outbound marketing to reach out to learners Coordinate with clients and vendors from initiation to delivery Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients (Offline marketing) Requirements: Great networking skills Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal (English) Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Positive, participative, and proactive attitude Attention to detail and willingness to learn Should be willing to travel Good knowledge about marketing, branding, social media etc. Prefer candidates from Mumbai Qualification - Graduate degree or MBA Fresher (preferably in Marketing) Experience - Fresher or 6 months - 1 year experience in relevant field (Marketing and sales) Remuneration: Rs. 3 - 3.5 lakhs p.a.
