The role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand organizational priorities, and contribute to structured, measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Support HR and management teams with planning, coordination, reporting, and day-to-day execution of business initiatives. Assist with employee engagement, talent processes, performance tracking, documentation, and internal communication. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analysis to help leaders make informed operational decisions. Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, follow up on action items, and help ensure timely delivery of projects. Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to strengthen efficiency and employee experience. Requirements Applicants should have 0-6 years of relevant experience in HR, management, business operations, consulting, or a related area. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities. Comfort with data, reports, presentations, and common workplace productivity tools. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Relevant academic or professional exposure to HR Management or business administration will be valued. The position is based in Ludhiana and offers a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual compensation range of ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000.
