Responsibilities: Generate and follow up with potential customer leads. Understand customer requirements and explain relevant loan/financial relief solutions. Convert qualified inquiries into active clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about available solutions. Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and case processing. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused and professional approach. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented. Sales or business development experience is preferred. Experience in the loan/financial services sector will be an added advantage. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to learn and grow with FINCARE.
