Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads through various channels, primarily telecalling. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and qualify prospects. Maintain a detailed database of leads and update their status regularly. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus. No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
