This internship provides structured exposure to laboratory workflows through documentation, data management, quality-check activities, research support, and laboratory record maintenance under appropriate supervision. The role is focused on learning and operational support and does not involve independent clinical diagnosis or medical decision-making. Key responsibilities Assist with maintaining laboratory records and documentation.Record and organize assigned laboratory observations and results.Support data entry and verification of laboratory information.Follow established laboratory procedures and documentation standards.Assist with basic quality-control documentation.Review records for completeness and identify missing information.Maintain organized worksheets, logs, and laboratory reports.Support preparation of routine laboratory summaries.Assist with research and reference activities related to assigned projects.Maintain proper documentation of assigned laboratory activities.Follow safety, confidentiality, and quality guidelines.Escalate discrepancies or unclear information to the appropriate supervisor.Assist with organizing laboratory-related files and records.Coordinate with relevant team members for documentation and reporting.Participate in training and process-improvement activities.
