An early-state Founder is seeking to patent an idea. The patent is in the final stages of approval. But should the product be designed? Is it what customers want today? or tomorrow? For answering this question, you are tasked with determining what the customers want using tried-and-tested marketing methods like Conjoint Analysis and KANO Method. Are you familiar with these? If yes, then sign-up.
