About the Company: Sunrise Consultancy is looking for a motivated Junior Technical Associate to support Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 deployments across manufacturing facilities. We are a deep-tech startup focused on industrial automation and IoT. Responsibilities: Perform electrical panel assembly and wiring as per project requirements. Test devices, panels and control systems before deployment. Support Industrial IoT gateways, sensors and monitoring devices. Carry out on-site installation, commissioning and configuration. Troubleshoot hardware and basic electrical/electronic issues. Visit industrial sites across Gujarat for project execution and support. Maintain installation records and coordinate with project teams. Follow safety standards and company procedures during field work. Requirements: This role is ideal for freshers eager to build practical experience in industrial automation and IoT. Candidates should be sharp, practical, and willing to learn, comfortable with industrial environments and frequent travel. Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving attitude are essential. Ready to join immediately or at short notice. Qualifications: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related discipline. Preferred Skills: Basic electrical and electronics knowledge, hands-on experience with multimeter, wiring, crimping and soldering, understanding of electrical panels, sensors and meters, interest in Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 and factory automation.
