We are looking for a dynamic Jr. Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth. Responsibilities Achieve the target of the Branch as set by the team leader. Generate daily sales report and share it with the field team for ensuring collection of payment on time. Coordinate with the Sales team and support to raise sales orders and delivery of medicines to dealers/doctors / hospitals etc. Responsible for ensuring correct issue of medicines as per prescription/order. All medicines on receipt to be checked against invoice. Stock-taking on weekly basis to ensure no difference in stock maintained in the branch. Ensure overall housekeeping of the Branch is maintained. Responsible for better presentation of the Branch. Ensure appropriate packing of medicines to ensure zero complaints from vendors. Proper filing of all Bills / approvals and other papers related to free medical camps etc. Receive customer complaints if any and report to Branch Manager for immediate attention. Monitor expiry status of medicines and inform to Branch Manager. Follow FIFO (First In First Out) system. Support to Branch Manager for sample allocation to field staff. Requirements Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
