You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.&nbsp;This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:</p> <ul> <li>Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts.
