About The Role: Work on electronics design, PCB development, and embedded systems Exposure to analog & digital circuits, IoT, and medical device electronics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready hardware Key Responsibilities: Circuit Design & Development: Design and analyze electronic circuits Create schematics and perform simulations Ensure performance, safety, and reliability standards Optimize designs for cost and manufacturability Component Selection & Sourcing: Select components based on datasheets and requirements Evaluate performance, cost, and availability Maintain component libraries and documentation PCB Layout & Routing: Design PCBs using KiCad Perform DRC checks and ensure manufacturability Handle signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management Generate manufacturing and assembly documentation Firmware Development & Testing: Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ Support protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB Perform board bring-up, testing, and debugging Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain technical documentation and reports Participate in design reviews and cross-team coordination Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field 1+ year experience OR strong hands-on project exposure Proficiency in KiCad (schematics + PCB design) Strong knowledge of analog & digital circuits Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems C/C++ programming skills Knowledge of PCB design fundamentals and signal integrity Familiarity with debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Self-driven and eager to learn Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with LTspice, Proteus, or similar tools Knowledge of power electronics and high-speed PCB design Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) Exposure
