Addcomposites is hiring for the role of Junior Composites Application Engineer! We are seeking a Junior Composites Application Engineer to join our team at Addcomposites. The ideal candidate will have a background in composites research and engineering and be interested in outreach to the composites industry. This position will involve planning and executing various applications with composite materials i.e. CFRP or GFRP using Automated fiber placement and distributing these applications via social media marketing to reach targeted users on LinkedIn and ResearchGate. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Track and improve the performance of outreach to composites researchers and engineers. Create simulations and solutions for composite production requirements based on customer requirements. Co-host the webinar monthly with engineers about composite-related topics. Plan and execute the plans for the team to attend industry conferences and exhibitions. Improve and optimize the current website with the latest knowledge from composites research and applications. Create tutorials and digital assets for targeted users. Support content creation with the latest tools and review content before publishing. Draft and publish the newsletter, including LinkedIn Newsletter and formal newsletter (via HubSpot) monthly. Plan and execute a social media marketing strategy to reach targeted users on LinkedIn and ResearchGate. Optimize and modify the digital marketing strategy for long-term goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field. Experience in the composites industry. Knowledge of composite materials and production processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
