Responsibilities: Track and identify U.S. Federal, State, Local, and Education procurement opportunities across SAM.gov, agency portals, state and local sites, and cooperative purchasing platforms. Research expiring contracts, incumbents, recompete timelines, agency buying patterns, and competitive intelligence using FPDS, USAspending.gov, and comparable sources. Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, IDIQs, BPAs, and Task Orders against organizational capabilities and develop opportunity summaries. Prepare compliance matrices, capture trackers, proposal calendars, and Gate-0 Go/No-Go recommendations. Research competitors, prime contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, and socioeconomic partners to support teaming and win-theme development. Use AI tools to assist with solicitation analysis and requirement extraction, validating all conclusions against source documents. Maintain pipeline information and support NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and capture documentation. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in U.S. Government Capture, Business Development, Proposal Management, or Government Contracting. Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and U.S. federal purchasing processes. Ability to distinguish FFP, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost-Reimbursement, IDIQ, BPA, and Task Order structures. Experience with Go/No-Go analysis, compliance matrices, data mining, OSINT, and competitive intelligence research. Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines. Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for rese
