Mellow Vault is hiring for Junior Android App Developer About the Company Mellow Vault builds secure, high-performance mobile software infrastructure and consumer applications. The team focuses on dependable technology, thoughtful product experiences, and engineering practices that help mobile products remain fast, stable, and easy to use. Responsibilities Develop native Android applications and responsive interfaces using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose or XML layouts in line with Material Design principles. Integrate RESTful backend services using tools such as Retrofit and OkHttp, and implement local persistence with Room Database or SQLite. Write clean, modular code; investigate defects and crash reports; and improve application startup time, responsiveness, and memory usage. Participate in internal testing, contribute basic unit tests, collaborate with senior mobile engineers, and assist with Google Play Store releases. Requirements Entry-level candidate or fresher with 0-1 year of experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; the 2024-2026 graduating batches are preferred. Working knowledge of Kotlin or Java, object-oriented programming, Android SDK fundamentals, activities, fragments, intents, views, lifecycle, and permissions. Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines or asynchronous programming, plus familiarity with Git and GitHub. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, attention to interface quality, and enthusiasm for building frictionless Android experiences. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Noida, offering a fixed annual CTC of ₹4,00,000.
