The internship provides practical exposure to developing application features, writing maintainable Java code, working with SQL databases, testing backend functionality, and using Git-based development workflows. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based application features under guidance. Write clean, structured, and reusable Java code. Apply object-oriented programming concepts to assigned development tasks. Assist with developing backend services and application logic. Write SQL queries and work with relational databases. Assist with creating and testing REST API endpoints. Debug Java applications and investigate technical issues. Perform functional and basic unit testing for assigned features. Review existing code and assist with improving code quality. Maintain project code using Git and follow version-control practices. Assist with technical documentation and API-related documentation.
