Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for IT products and services. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape. Requirements Proven experience in IT sales, preferably 1 year. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Must be available to work from 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM, 6 days a week, in our Noida office.
