About this role
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, products, and solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Work closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., networking, servers, software solutions, cloud services) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
