Responsibilities Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other relevant platforms. Search for candidate profiles that match job requirements and staffing needs. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate communication. Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with candidate submissions. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records. Support documentation and day-to-day activities related to U.S. IT staffing. Work according to U.S. business hours when required and contribute in a target-oriented environment. Requirements Freshers, students, and recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, or IT staffing may apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and internet knowledge. Interest in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment operations. Willingness to learn and communicate professionally with candidates. This is a three-month remote, unpaid internship. Interns will gain hands-on experience in U.S. IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, staffing processes, and professional communication.
