Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and related roles, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Understand hiring requirements, prepare focused search strategies, and partner with stakeholders to meet recruitment timelines. Conduct candidate outreach, preliminary assessments, and structured communication throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records, provide hiring updates, and support a smooth joining process. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment or a technology-focused hiring environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and work effectively with internal teams. Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up practices. Organized, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced office environment. Willingness to work from the NOD Networks office in Noida.
