Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions. Prepare and share quotations and proposals. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers. Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Support marketing and lead generation activities. Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 0 to 1 year of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will possess: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of IT products and services. Cold calling and lead generation skills. Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities. Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
