Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is essential. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work comfortably in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Proven strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Any graduate qualification is accepted. Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
