International Voice Process at Skylines Dynamics

Responsibilities Handle customer queries and complaints across calls, chat, and email (blended process). Manage 40-50 inbound US e-commerce calls per day, addressing cancellations, refunds, lost orders, returns, and payments. Requirements Undergraduate/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience. Minimum 1 year of international BPO voice experience in retail, airline, or insurance process. Excellent spoken and written English, with Versant C1/C2 level required. No employment gaps. Knowledge of bookings (hotel, flights, travel) is a plus. Candidates will undergo a structured ramp-up: 5 days process training + 5 days nesting, with an 85% pass bar at each stage.
