Responsibilities As an International Non-Voice (Chat) Specialist, you will handle direct non-voice communications and deliver high-quality support to international clients. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with international customers via real-time digital chat channels to address queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company processes, products, and services to deliver accurate solutions. Adhering strictly to service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction metrics. Documenting and tracking interactions accurately within the customer relationship management systems. Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer requests effectively. Requirements We are seeking dedicated professionals with strong communication and chat management skills: Prior experience in International Non-Voice or Chat operations is required. Exceptional written English proficiency with strong typing speed and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to multitask across chat windows while maintaining high attention to detail. Willingness to work from office at ITPL, Bangalore. Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
