International Airline Ticketing Executive at Farefuzz Travels

Location: Sector 31, Gurugram (On-site) Shift: Night Shift | 5 Days a Week Responsibilities: Issue and manage international flight tickets using GDS. Handle ticket reissuance, even exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes. Coordinate directly with airlines for ticketing and booking-related requests. Apply airline fare rules while issuing or modifying tickets. Support the sales team by accurately ticketing confirmed bookings. Ensure compliance with airline policies and maintain booking accuracy. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of airline ticketing experience. Hands-on experience with GDS (Sabre preferred; Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan also acceptable). Strong knowledge of: Ticket issuance Reissuance Even exchanges Refunds Schedule changes Fare rules Experience communicating with airlines. Excellent attention to detail and English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
