You work directly with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on live positions for large banks and enterprise clients — you make the first call to every engineer she sources, send the JD, book the detailed call, and keep every candidate on track through screening and client interviews. This is a 6-month paid internship (INR 15,000-20,000 per month) with a path to a full-time recruiter seat for those who perform. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 - Make the first call — read the JD, call the candidate, introduce Xponentium and the role in five minutes, find out if they are open to a change, and book the detailed call with your senior. - Keep candidates on track — send the JD within ten minutes, chase replies, confirm every screening and client interview the day before and an hour before, and reschedule no-shows without letting anyone go silent. - Own the tracker — update every candidate's stage and next step the same day, file CVs with the right name and check for duplicates, and work the day's call list in priority order. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 - Relentless follow-up. You chase three times across call, WhatsApp, and email without being told, and you log every attempt. - Clear, warm English on the phone and clean English in writing. You can hold the attention of an engineer with eight years of experience for five minutes, and you look up what Kafka is before you dial. - Disciplined with Google Sheets and Excel, comfortable making calls, and ready to be in our Gurgaon office 5 days a week, 9:30 to 6:30, for the full 6 months.
