Job Description: My Analytics School is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Remote Intern - HR Solutions Associate to join our team for a 3-month internship. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing our HR solutions. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in dealing with corporate professionals, honing your communication and people management skills, and contributing to the growth of our HR solutions division. Key Responsibilities: Utilize various job portals and LinkedIn to find and collect contacts of HR professionals. Engage with HR professionals through phone calls, presenting and articulating our HR solutions, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific needs. Maintain a detailed tracking sheet of all communication activities, including calls, follow-ups, and responses. Assist in the process of converting potential companies and onboarding them, ensuring smooth integration with our programs. Collaborate with the team to develop effective procedures and strategies to enhance our HR solutions. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong people management abilities. Demonstrated capability in procedure creation and management. Basic design skills for creating engaging presentations and proposals.
