Designation: Intern - Field Sales BU: upGrad X Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0 to 2 Yrs (Freshers can also apply) About the Role We’re looking for energetic, confident, and people-oriented Sales Interns who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and helping prospective learners find the right career path. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our on-ground student acquisition efforts. • Generate leads through on-ground outreach, events, and direct interactions with prospective students.Engage with prospects, understand their career goals, interests, and aspirations. • Drive centre walk-ins and create meaningful conversations with potential learners. • Explain upGrad X programs, answer questions, and help prospects understand the value of the right program for their goals. • Follow up with interested prospects and support them throughout the admission journey. • Work closely with the team to achieve monthly lead and admission targets. • Learn and apply real-world sales, communication, and customer engagement techniques.
