Roles and Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design plans that align with client requirements and project goals. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts for stakeholders. Select and source appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that balance aesthetics with functionality. Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase. Solve spatial challenges by optimizing layouts to enhance the flow and utility of interior spaces. Research emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and new technologies to keep our projects at the cutting edge. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including mood boards, material palettes, and technical specifications for client presentations.
