Interior Designer at Agastya groups

About the role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1-3 years of experience in interior site execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing interior projects on-site, ensuring design accuracy, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality, and delivering projects within the scheduled timeline. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and design specifications. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors. Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. Perform quality inspections and ensure high standards of workmanship. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions. Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and suppliers. Track material deliveries, inventory, and site requirements. Prepare site reports, progress updates, snag lists, and completion reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Assist in project handover and closure documentation.
