Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, for construction and installation. Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to projects. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within the real estate or home design industry. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
