Inside Sales Representative at SAM IT Solutions

Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Develop a strong understanding of the company's IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity offerings. Profile and analyze customer data to identify potential leads and target markets. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT solutions, cloud technology, or cybersecurity sectors. Strong lead generation skills and ability to execute effective outbound sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Results-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
