Responsibilities Research and identify prospective customers through relevant channels. Initiate conversations with prospects through calls, email, and other approved communication channels. Understand customer requirements and explain the company's offerings clearly. Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead progress in the CRM or reporting system. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, share updates, and support lead conversion. Follow up consistently with interested prospects while maintaining a professional customer experience. Requirements Open to freshers who are eager to begin a career in sales and business development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence, active listening ability, and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to learn product information, handle conversations, and work toward clearly defined goals. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work from the Delhi office on a full-time basis. This is a six-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹18,000. Interns will receive practical exposure to prospecting, lead qualification, follow-ups, sales communication, and the day-to-day functioning of an inside sales team.
